Prizes and/or trophies will be awarded for 1st , 2nd , and 3rd place in each category. A minimum of three couples will be required to hold each contest.

Pro/am Strictly swing Contest
This contest is an instructor/student Division with the following limitations: Instructors may compete with a maximum of three students per division; Newcomer, Novice, Intermediate, Advanced.
Pro Leaders and Pro Followers will be competing separately.

Strictly swing Contest
Choose your partner but not your music. No costumes or routines. This contest has three categories; Newcomer/Novice, Intermediate/Advanced, and Pro/Am.

Jack & Jill divisions
Luck of the draw for partner and music. This contest has seven divisions:

Newcomers those who have never competed before and danced less than 3 years
Novice those who have never won a Jack & Jill or danced more than 3 years
Intermediate those who have placed 1 st local competitions or placed in the top 5 in a national competition (novice or above)
Advanced those who have placed 1 st more than twice in an intermediate local event or placed in the top 5 in a national competition (intermediate or above)
Masters Intermediate or above dancers over 50 years old
Open all levels of dancers
Pro/Am Open to all levels of dancers but luck is on your side as you are guaranteed a professional. Entry Space is limited.

Classic Division
A partners' competition choreographed to music of your choice. A maximum of 3½ minutes long. This contest is for amateurs. Costumes are required. No lifts. Leverage and drops allowed.

Showcase Division
A partners' competition same as classic but with lifts and drops required.
